Cellementals-time in Appalachia: Lifecycle syncing
Spring is unfurling on our mini North Carolina mountain homestead.
There’s the :
- Unearthing of native plants—from fiddlehead fern to wild iris and lady’s slipper.
- Unearthing of wild critters–from bear to spring peeper and snake.
- Sowing of seeds and foraging to feed our rabbits.
We’ve already a good start growing crimson and red clover (classic bun fare) with credit going to our ample supply of rabbit poop. Being a cold fertilizer, rabbit poop can be used straight from the chute (so to speak) and what we don’t use goes to Daisy’s compost pile where she turns it regularly.
This particular cycle of life, on our homestead, includes feeding the buns wild forage from which they prolifically produce poop. Used, in-turn, to grow more of their food with the remainder going to the compost pile providing bugs (and amusement) for Daisy who pays us in-kind with beautiful eggs!
Speaking of compost, I find it endearing when folks resonate with my favorite analogy describing what Cellemental Complete delivers:
- Eating a diet devoid of nutrients would be like trying to grow a garden in dirt. There is a defiency mediated imbalance where life (or quality thereof) is, at best, transient.
- Adding isolated nutrients to a deprived diet would be like applying concentrated fertilizer to dirt where unstainable growth acceleration (too hot) burns out viability.
- Eating a nutrient dense whole food based diet would be like amending dirt with compost to create soil. The lending of bioactive nutrients–in their balanced whole form–promotes lifecycle syncing!

So yeah, we’re like compost and are proud of it!
It’s also the syncing of all the unique ingredients in Cellemental Complete’s whole food sourced formulation that make it the nutraceutical to satisfy your body’s craving for balance!
